All the given policies apply both for national and international orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We invest a great deal of time and care in carefully crafting each piece which is mostly handmade by artisans , on made to order basis. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. However we are happy to exchange the pieces for you if you need a size exchange or if there is any manufacturing defect.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
- Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order and customised design products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE
- You must inform us within 3 days (72hrs) of delivery of the product.
- Please send us an email to email@example.com with the order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, we will help you out with the return address and procedure on the same email.
- The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by the client. When we deliver your corrected products , we will take care of the shipping costs.
- Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. Joskai Studio reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
- If the product is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged for the second time.
TRACK MY ORDER
- Once the package is dispatched you’ll be notified via email with your tracking number.
CANCEL MY ORDER
- If you wish to cancel your order, you need to inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the time of placement of the order. We shall provide you with a gift card of the same amount valid for 3 months from the purchase order date.
